Position Title Graduate Assistant I -Exercise Science
Position Summary

Work under the guidance and supervision of the lead faculty and program director in the master of kinesiology-exercise science program (the"MSKN"), including, but not limited to, meeting with the lead faculty and program director on a regular basis and assisting in administrative and laboratory duties related to the operation and maintenance of the MSKN.


Employee shall be certified as a CPR/AED Professional Rescuer. Employee shall be fully admitted to the CBU Department of Kinesiology Graduate Program, enrolled in at least three (3) units, and maintain at least a 3.00 grade point average.

Teaching Responsibilities

Assist in undergraduate kinesiology labs including calibrating equipment, instructing students about the equipment, assisting in data collection, formatting data to deliver to students, and cleaning equipment.
Assist in data collection and analysis of ongoing research in the integrative physiology lab, at the discretion of the program director. Potential duties include: preliminary testing, supervising research trials, and data analysis. Such other duties, tasks, and project as assigned by the lead faculty and program director from time to time.
